Autumn Muffins
1/2 c margarine
1/2 c sugar
1/4 c treacle
2 eggs
1 1/2 c pumpkin puree
1/2 c orange puree
1/2 c pecans
1/2 c dried apricots
1/2 c sunflower seeds
1 c chopped raisins
1 c rolled rye or rolled oats
3 c self-raising flour
2 tsp powdered ginger

Preheat oven to 350F, prepare pans. Blend the margarine, sugar and treacle. Beat in eggs, pumpkin and orange. Mix in the remaining wet mix ingredients. Add the dry mix and mix well. Spoon into pans and bake for 30-35 mins. Makes 15-18.
