Chunky Apple Spice Muffins
1 c whole wheat flour
1 c oat bran (or another cup of ww flour)
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp allspice
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp powdered ginger
1 tsp arrowroot
1/4 c honey
1/2 c unsweetened applesauce
2 tart apples, peeled and cut in small pieces
1/2 c water
1/2 tsp vanilla.

Preheat oven to 400 F. Mix the dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately. Combine them and mix thoroughly. Spoon into non-stick muffin pans and bake for about 25 minutes, until golden brown on top.
