Grape Zucchini Bread
1 c seedless green grapes
1 1/4 c all-purpose flour
1/4 c wheat germ
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 c sunflower seeds
1 egg
1/2 c vegetable oil
1/2 c granulated sugar
1/2 c packed brown sugar
1 tsp almond or vanilla extract
1 c shredded zucchini (2 medium or 1 large), drained well

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Rinse and drain grapes thoroughly. In bowl, blend flour, wheat germ, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sunflower seeds. Beat together egg, oil, sugars and extract. Squeeze moisture from zucchini. Add zucchini and grapes to egg mixture and gently stir in flour mixture. Pour batter in 5x9 inch
loaf pan, greased and floured. Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes or until pick inserted into center of loaf comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes on rack, then remove from pan to cool further. When cool, slice and serve.
