Kiwifruit Bread
1/4 c Liquid honey
1/3 c Vegetable oil
1 Egg
1 1/2 c Whole wheat flour
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Ground cloves
1 tsp Baking powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1 c Raisins
1 c Chopped walnuts
1 c Kiwifruit pulp (About 3 large)

Beat honey, oil and egg well. Sift flour, spices and baking powder and salt and add to oil mixture. Lightly stir in
remaining ingredients. Spoon into 8-inch greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 40-45 minutes. Allow to cool.
