Pistachio Bread
1 small pkg pistachio instant pudding
1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c oil
1/4 c water
8 oz sour cream
1/4 c sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

Mix pudding and cake mix together to blend. Add eggs,oil,
water and sour cream. Beat to blend. Batter will be thick. In a
small bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
Pour 1/4 of batter in pan. Sprinkle half of sugar mixture over
batter. Top with another 1/4 of batter. Repeat with other loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 mins. Makes 2 loaves.
