Pumpkin Apple Bread
1/2 c margarine (1 stick)
1-1/2 c sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1-1/2 c canned pumpkin
3 c. flour
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp each nutmeg, cloves and ginger
1-1/2 c. apples, pared and diced (about 2 medium apples)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and pumpkins. Mix. Sift dry ingredients and add to above mixture. Fold in apples and turn into a greased and floured 10" bundt or angel food cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. When done turn out on a rack to cool. Sprinkle with
Confectioner's sugar.
