Squash Bread
1 c cooking oil
3 c peeled and cut up squash
3 eggs
3 c sugar
3 c all purpose flour
1 c chopped nuts
3 tbs Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda

Put oil and squash in blender and blend until liquid. Pour into mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Blend well with mixer; pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes.
