7 Grain Sesame Sunflower Bread
2 lb Loaf
1 1/2 c warm water
1 tsp sea salt
3 tbs honey
6 tbs flaxseed meal or 2 tbls olive oil (extra virgin & cold pressed)
1/2 c stone-ground whole wheat flour
1/2 c spelt flour
1/2 c barley flour
1/2 c millet flour
1/2 c oat flour
1/2 c rye flour
1/2 c soy flour
1/3 c gluten
2 tsp yeast
Place ingredients in bread machine and set for the 2 lb. cycle. 10 minutes before kneading cycle stops for the first rise; add 1/2 cup raw sesame seeds. 5 minutes later add 1/2 cup raw sunflower seed.
