| Apple Cinnamon Bread
1/2 tbs yeast
2 tbs gluten
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbs brown sugar
1/3 tsp salt
1/3 c applesauce
1 1/2 c bread flour
1/4 c apple juice concentrate
1 1/2 c whole wheat flour
3/4 c water
Add ingredients to machine according to manufacturer's instruction.
