| Baked Potato Bread
1 cup water
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup bacon bits
4 cup bread flour
2 tab. dry milk
2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup potato flakes
1/4 cup died chives
1 pack. rapid rise yeast
2 Tab. gluten
may be baked using the white or rapid bake cycle...makes a 2# loaf....very good with Jazebel Jam
