| Banana Nut Bread
1 1/2 small, ripe bananas, sliced
1 tsp salt
1/4 c water
1/4 c milk
1 large egg
3 tbs unsalted butter, room temperature
1/3 c sugar
3 c bread flour
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
1/3 c chopped nuts
Process all ingredients except nuts on Fruit and Nut Setting. Add nuts at beep.
