Black Walnut Banana Bread
3 tbs unsalted butter
1/4 c milk
1/4 c water
1 large egg
1 tsp salt
1/3 c sugar ( I always add a little more)
1 1/2 small ripe bananas, sliced
3 c bread flour
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
1/3 c chopped pecans
Add all ingredients except pecans into breadmachine pan and process on Fruit and Nut Setting and add pecans at the beep. Check during the last 10 minutes of baking and if it looks brown go ahead and pull it out as it may darken the crust too much.
