Bleu Cheese and Port Wine Bread
1 c water
3 c bread flour
2 tbs sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tbs butter
1/4 c port wine
1/3 c bleu cheese
1/3 c chopped walnuts
1/4 c applesauce
2 tsp active dry yeast
Add ingredients as reccommended by manufacturer, Bake on regular cycle.
