| Bohemian Christmas Bread
1 1/2 LB. LOAF
1 1/2 tsp Active dry yeast
3 c Bread flour
1 tsp dried lemon peel
1 1/2 tsp Salt
3 1/2 tbs Sugar
1 Egg
2 tbs Butter
6 oz milk, warmed
2 oz Warm water
4 1/2 tbs almonds, chopped
3 1/2 tbs Raisins
Follow manufacturer's directions on loading
NOTES : This delightful bread is great for parties and celebrations. The raisins and nuts give it a festive flavor and texture that's hard to beat. This bread is very high rising, so you may have to scale it down and make a smaller sized recipe.
