Caraway Rye Bread
1.5 pound loaf
1 1/4 c water
1 tbs margarine or butter, softened
2 1/2 c bread flour
3/4 c rye flour
2 tbs dry milk
2 tbs sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp caraway seed
2 1/2 tsp bread machine yeast
Place all ingredients in bread pan in order listed. Select white bread
setting, choose your crust color, choose large or 1.5 for loaf size and start machine.
