Cinnamon Cherry Berry Bread
2 c Bread flour
1 1/4 tbs Sugar
3/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tbs Oil
1 c Milk
1 tbs grated Lemon peel
1 1/4 tsp Yeast
1/8 c Cranberries (fresh or dried, chopped)
1/8 c Cherries (fresh or dried, chopped)
Orange peel may be substituted for the lemon peel. Place all of the ingredients except berries into the bread machine and press start. Add the berries AFTER the initial rise.
