Cornflake Bread
1 1/2lb loaf
5 oz Water
5 oz Milk
2 c All-purpose flour
1 c Ground corn flakes crumbs
1/4 c Wheat germ
1 tbs Brown sugar
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Yeast
3 tsp Butter
It takes about 2 1/4 cups corn flakes whirled in the blender to make 1 cup of corn flakes crumbs. Add the wet ingredients, flours and other dry ingredients in the order suggested by the ABM manufacturer and add three dots of butter. Set machine for white bread: medium crust.
