Cottage Cheese Cornbread
1.5 lb loaf

1 c milk
3/4 c cottage cheese
1 tbs dried onion
2 tsp chilies
2/3 c cornmeal
1 tbs olive oil
1 tbs sugar
2 2/3 c flour
2 tsp yeast

Bake using rapid bake and dark crust.
