Double Pumpkin Bread
1 1/2 lb loaf
2 1/4 tsp yeast
1 2/3 c bread flour
1 1/2 c whole wheat flour
3 tbs powdered milk
3 tbs brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp ginger
1 1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp oil
3/4 c canned pumpkin
3/4 c water
3/4 c roasted and shelled pumpkin seeds
Add all ingredients except the pumpkin seeds in the order suggested by your bread machine manual and process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer's directions. At the beeper add the pumpkin seeds.
