Graham Cracker Bread
small loaf:
1 c milk
2 tbs butter
2 tbs dark corn syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract -- not imitation
1 3/4 c all-purpose flour -- unbleached
1 pkg graham crackers(11) -- crushed
1 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
large loaf:
1 1/2 c milk
3 tbs butter
3 tbs dark corn syrup
1 tbs vanilla extract -- not imitation
3 c all-purpose flour -- unbleached
1 1/2 pkgs graham crackers(18) -- crushed
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp active dry yeast
Pour all wet ingredients into bread machine baking pan. Measure all other ingredients except yeast into baking pan. Sprinkle yeast over dry ingredients, being careful not to get yeast wet. Use rapid bake cycle on your machine for this loaf.
