Irish Potato Bread
1 1/2 pound loaf
5/8 c milk
1/4 c potato water
3 c all-purpose flour
1/3 c plain mashed potato, at room temp.
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbs butter
1 1/2 tbs Sugar
2 tsp active dry yeast
Place all ingredients in a bread pan, select Light Crust setting, and press Start. After baking is done, put on a cooling rack and let cool 1 hour before slicing.
*The water you cooked the potato in.
