Italian Bread
4 cups flour
1 1/3 c. water
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
2 tsp yeast
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp dried thyme
Add into bread machine according to mfg. directions.
My sister Lori developed this recipe for her breadmaker and says you can also pull it out after the first rising and use it for pizza dough. This is great served with any Italian dish.
