New York Rye
1 1/2 tsp Dry yeast
2 c Bread flour
1 c Rye flour
2 tbs Sugar
1 tbs Melted butter
3 tsp Caraway seeds
1/2 tsp Salt
7/8 c Warm water
Add the ingredients to the pan in the order listed. Select "white bread". Select "medium color". Press start.
