| Oat Pecan Bread
3/4 c water
2 Tbs canola oil
2 Tbs sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 c oatmeal (not instant)
3 Tbs oat bran
1 1/2 c bread flour
1/2 c oat flour
1/3 c chopped pecans
2 tsp active dry yeast
Put all ingredients in the bread machine in the order given. Bake on the basic setting.
