| Onion Bread
3/4 c Water
1/4 c Onions, dried
2 c White bread flour
1/2 tbs Onion paste
1 1/2 tbs Dry milk
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1 1/2 tbs Brown sugar
1/2 tsp Poppy seeds
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Yeast, fast rise **OR**1 tbs Butter 2 tsp Yeast, active dry
If you can't find onion paste in a tube, you may substitute onion powder. Substitute 1/4 tsp Onion salt will not work. This recipe can be baked with the regular orr apid bake cycles. Be sure to follow the instructions for your particular brand of bread baking machine.
