Pear Hazelnut Bread
1 1/2 lg pears
3 tbs oil
1/2 tbs yeast
2 c bread flour
1 1/8 c rye flour
3 tbs wheat germ
3 tbs sugar
1/2 tbs salt
1/2 tbs fennel seeds
3 tbs hazelnuts, chopped
1/2 c water
Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into machine in order. Select "white bread" and push Start.
In hot and humid weather use 1/8 c less water.
