Quaker Multigrain Bread
1 1/2 LB Loaf
1 c Quaker multigrain cereal
1 1/4 c Buttermilk
3 tbs Molasses
2 c Bread flour Plus 2 Tbl
1/2 c Whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 tbs Butter or margarine
3 1/2 tbs Gluten
3 tsp Red Star Active Dry Yeast
1 LB Loaf
2/3 c Quaker Multigrain cereal
3/4 c Buttermilk
2 tbs Molasses
1 1/3 c Bread flour
1/3 c Whole wheat flour
1 t Salt
1 tbs Butter or margarine
2 tbs Gluten
2 tsp Red Star Active Dry Yeast
Have ingredients at room temperature. Place all ingredients in bread pan according to manufacturers instructions. Use Light setting.
