Rosemary Potato Bread
1 1/4 c water
2 1/2 c bread or all-purpose flour
1/2 c dry mashed potato flakes
1 1/2 tbs dry milk powder
1 1/2 tbs granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tbs olive oil
1 tsp crushed dried rosemary
1 1/2 tsp yeast
Measure ingredients into bread-machine baking pan according to instructions. Bake, then shake hot bread from pan and cool.
Makes 1 large loaf
