| Seven Grain Oat Bran Bread
1 tbs honey
1 1/4 c skim milk
1 tbs olive oil
1 egg
1 tsp sea salt
2 tbs nonfat dry milk
1/2 c oat bran
1/2 c whole wheat flour
3/4 c 7-grain cereal
2 1/4 c unbleached bread flour
2 1/2 tsp dry yeast
Add the ingredients to your bread machine in the order given (unless instructions for your machine call for otherwise). Process on wheat cycle.
