Soy Herb Bread
1 c + 2 tbs water
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbs oil 3 tbs sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tbs dry milk
1 tsp dried dill weed
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp dried oregano
2 3/4 c bread flour
1/2 c soy flour
1 1/2 tsp yeast
Use sweet or special setting. For best results, use light baking control selection. Makes a 1 1/2 lb loaf.
