Spinach Bread
1 lb loaf
1/2 cup water
1 cup boiled or steamed spinach
3 tbs water
1 1/2 c bread flour
1/2 c whole wheat flour
2 tsp softened margarine or butter
1 tbs sugar
2 tsp dry non-fat milk
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp yeast
Combine the spinach with 1/2 cup water. Either shred spinach in a bowl as best you can, or run through a food processor until it is shredded. Combine the remaining ingredients in the bread pan and bake on white setting.
