| Sweet Potato Bread
1 1/3 tsp yeast
3 c bread or all purpose flour
1/3 c wheat bran
1/3 c mashed cooked sweet potato or yams
1 1/2 tbs grated orange zest
3/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbs applesauce
3/4 c water
On Basic Bread Cycle: Add ingredients to machine according to manufacturer's directions.
