Texas Barbeque Bread
2 1/4 cup Bread flour
1 tbs Dry milk
1 tbs Canola oil
1 tbs To 2 T Cajun seasoning -depending on how "HOT" you want the spice to be
1/2 tsp -salt
1 1/2 tbs Honey
1 1/2 tbs Catsup
1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp Dry onion flakes
4/5 cup -Water
2 tsp Active dry yeast
1 tsp Fast rise yeast
Make bread according to your breadmaker"s instructions. This bread is nice and spicy and goes well with barbecued meats.
