Yogurt Pumpkin Bread
2 tsp active dry yeast
3 c bread flour
3 tbs wheat germ
3 tbs powdered milk
3 tbs sugar
1/2 tsp ground ginger
3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 c pumpkin
2 tbs pumpkin
1/3 c plain yogurt
1/3 c water
1/3 c pecans, chopped
1/3 c raisins
Add all ingredients except the pecans and raisins in the order suggested by your manual and process on the raisin bread cycle. At the beep add the pecans and raisins.
