Cherry Bread
3 c all purpose flour
2 c sugar
1 1/2 c oil
3 eggs
1 can cherry pie filling
1 1/2 c chopped pecans
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
Sift all dry ingredients together. Beat in oil, vanilla, and eggs. Stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Fold in cherry filling and nuts. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans and bake in preheated oven at 325 degrees F for 1 hour or until they test done.
