Hobo Bread
2 c Raisins
4 tsp Baking Soda
2 c Boiling Water
1/2 tsp Salt
4 tbs Oil
1 1/4 c White Sugar
1/2 c Brown Sugar
4 c Sifted Flour
Put all ingredients in a large mixing bowl - mix well and leave overnight. Divide into 3 (1 lb.) greased and floured coffee cans. Bake at 350° for approximately 1 hour. Let stand for 11 minutes, then shake out of can.
