Mexican Dip
1 lb hamburger -- browned and drained
1 15 oz can refried beans
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1/4 c chopped onion
1/4 c chopped green chiles -- or green pepper
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 c sour cream
shredded cheddar cheese
Heat everything but the sour cream and cheese to a boil. Pour into serving bowl. Top with sour cream, then sprinkle with cheese.
Serve with toasted Tortilla (flour or corn) triangles.
