Orange Spice Bread
2 packages, 7 ounces each, bran muffin mix
1/2 c raisins
2 eggs
1/2 c orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/2 c orange marmalade, divided
4 tbs vegetable oil
1/4 c milk
2 tsp ground allspice
Preheat oven to 400F. In a medium bowl, combine muffin mix and raisins. Add eggs, orange juice concentrate, 6 tablespoons orange marmalade, oil, milk and allspice; stir until well blended. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove loaves from pans and place on a wire rack. Spread remaining orange marmalade evenly over tops of hot loaves. Cool completely.
