Poppyseed Bread
3 c flour
2 c sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbs poppyseeds
1 1/2 c milk
3/4 c vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 tsp lemon extract
1 1/2 tsp butter flavoring
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; beat 2 minutes on medium speed. Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or until they test done with a toothpick. Cool in pans for 10 minutes, remove from pans and cool completely.
