Sour Cream Muffins
2 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
4 tbs sugar
1 egg beaten
1 1/4 c sour cream
Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar. Mix egg and sour cream. Quickly stir sour cream mixture into flour mixture. Place in muffin cups and bake 425 until lightly browned and tested done. Cool to warm and serve with butter and jam. Makes about 12 small/regular size muffins.
