World's Easiest Bread
Mix in a small bowl:
2 c white flour
3 c whole wheat

In a bigger bowl mix:
2 1/2 c wrist-temp water
1 tbs sugar, honey, molasses, etc...
1 generous tbs active dry yeast
(use wire wisk to blend the yeast quicker)

When yeast has proofed, mix in about 4 c of the flour, start kneading. Add the rest of the flour a bit at a time until the dough is smooth and elastic -- it should take about 5-8 minutes. Generously oil a bowl, put in dough, flip dough over, spread oil evenly over surface. Cover and rise till doubled -- it goes faster over a bowl or pan of warm water. Punch down, shape, let rise again in pan. Lightly oil tops again if it needs it. Bake at 350 till done.
