Apple Onion Rye Bread
2 1/4 tsp Yeast
1 7/8 C Bread flour
1 1/2 C Rye flour
1/3 C Cracked wheat
1 1/2 tbs Sugar
1/2 tbs Salt
1/2 tbs Caraway seeds
2 Garlic cloves, crushed
1 med Onion, chopped
1 lg Apple, chopped
3 tbs Butter
1/2 C Water

Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into pan, in order following manufacturer's instructions. Set "baking control" at 10 o'clock. Select "white bread" and push start. In hot and humid weather, use 1/8 cup less water.
