Blueberry Cream Cheese Bread
8 oz cream cheese
2 tbs unsalted butter, softened
1 c lukewarm water
2 tbs sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp salt
4 c bread flour
2 tsp active dry yeast
2 c blueberries

Combine all ingredients except blueberries and process on Dough setting. When cycle is complete remove dough from pan and carefully fold blueberries into dough until evenly incorporated.  Form into a round loaf.  Lightly butter baking pan and place loaf on pan and let rise 45 minutes or till doubled.  Preheat oven to 400.  Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
