Ginger Pumpkin Bread
3/4 c nonfat milk
3/4 c canned mashed pumpkin
3 tbs dark molasses
1 1/2 c whole wheat bread flour
1 1/2 c unbleached bread flour
1 1/2 tbs vital wheat gluten
3/4 tsp ground ginger
3/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
Place all ingredients into the pan in the order suggested by the bread machine manufacturer; select basic white bread setting and start.

Makes a 1 1/2 lb. loaf.
