| Orange Potato Rye Bread
1 cup mashed potato
2/3 cup potato water
2 Tab. vegetable oil
2 Tab. honey or molasses
1/2 tsp. orange peel
1 tsp.salt
1 tab.caraway seeds
1 cup rye flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups bread flour
1/2 cup pastry flour..white or whole wheat
1 pack rapid rise yeast
2 Tab.vital gluten
Cook potatoes....drain save water to use...no need to mash potatoes just place in machine...add rest of ingredients as recomended for you machine..I bake on white...2#..light crust
