Viennese Mocha Bread
(1 lb loaf)

3/4 c water
1 tbs oil
1/3 c hazelnuts
2 tbs baking cocoa
2 tbs cultured buttermilk
2 tbs sugar
3/4 tsp salt
2 c bread flour
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast

Add ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine manual. Use Basic Medium setting.
