Easy Sweet Rolls

Ingredients
1/2 c butter
1-1/4 c buttermilk
2 packages yeast
1/2 c warm water
1/2 c sugar
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp salt
2 eggs, beaten
6 c flour

Dissolve yeast in the 1/2 cup warm water.   Melt butter, add buttermilk. Add sugar, baking powder and salt to milk mixture. Add dissolved yeast and beaten eggs mix in, then add flour. Dough will be soft and sticky. Knead eight minutes by hand. Let rise for 1 hour. Make into dinner rolls. Let rise again until double in size. Bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees until golden brown. Makes 3 dozen rolls.
