1 cup warm water
1 package active dry yeast
1 cup milk, heated very warm
5 tablespoons honey
¼ cup sugar, divided
1 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons vegetable oil
5 cups flour

Dissolve yeast and 1 tablespoon of sugar in warm water. Combine warm milk, honey, sugar, salt and oil in mixing bowl. Add yeast mixture. Mix well and add flour until dough pulls away from sides of bowl. May need a little more flour. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top. Cover and let rise until double. Shape into rolls and place on greased baking sheet. Let rise until double. Bake in preheated oven at 375 F until golden brown. (About 20 minutes) Remove rolls and immediately brush the tops with butter. Serve warm.
